Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") forms part of the Platform Policies of Nox ("Platform"), owned and operated by Mowgli Brothers Studios Private Limited ("Company") and accessible via https://www.app.nox.today/ and https://www.nox.today/. Please read this Policy carefully before registering on the Platform.
By registering on the Platform and using our AI coaching features, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and agree to be bound by its terms. If you disagree with the terms outlined in this Policy, you are advised to discontinue accessing and/or using this Platform immediately. Please note that any transactions which may have occurred prior to such discontinuation shall be governed by the terms of this Policy along with other Platform Policies.
All aspects pertaining to subscription services, Platform pacts and user accounts are governed by the Platform's Terms and Conditions. This Policy deals with the following:
1. Subscription Refunds and Cancellation
Monthly subscription fees for AI coaching features are charged at ₹2,000 per month (inclusive of 18% GST as applicable under OIDAR services for digital services in India) and are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. Users acknowledge that subscription services are provided on a monthly basis and no partial refunds shall be provided for unused portions of any subscription period.
Users may cancel their subscription and prevent future automatic renewals at any time by contacting customer support at support@nox.today or through account settings. Any such cancellation shall take effect at the end of the current billing period, and users shall continue to have access to premium AI coaching features until the end of the paid period.
2. Exception Cases for Refunds
Refunds for subscription fees may be processed only in the following limited circumstances:
Unauthorized subscription charges where the user can demonstrate they did not authorize the transaction
Duplicate subscription charges for the same billing period
Technical failures on the Platform preventing access to AI coaching features for more than seven (7) consecutive days
Requests made within twenty-four (24) hours of accidental subscription activation
Users are advised to regularly verify their subscription status through account settings to ensure proper activation of premium features. Users acknowledge their responsibility to monitor their subscription status and billing.
All refund requests are subject to review, verification and inspection by the Platform in accordance with Platform Policies and at the Platform's sole discretion. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification before processing any refund request.
3. Refund Application Process
To apply for a refund under the limited circumstances outlined above, users must submit a refund request with all necessary details and proof of eligibility to our Customer Care and Support Team by sending an email to support@nox.today within the timeframes specified in this Policy.
Upon receipt of a refund request, such request will be duly addressed and inspected by the Platform. The Platform may contact you for any additional information or verification as may be required. Users agree that the Platform reserves the right to review and determine at its sole discretion whether a request is eligible for refund in accordance with this Policy, other Platform Policies and applicable laws.
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method through which the user made the subscription payment (Razorpay payment gateway). If the Platform is unable to process the refund through the original payment method, the Platform will notify the user of an alternate payment method for processing the refund.
All approved refunds shall be processed within fifteen (15) working days from the date of approval of the refund request. Users may contact our Customer Care and Support Team if the refund has not been received within the specified timeline.
4. Platform Limitations and Disclaimers
All financial transactions pertaining to subscription services are processed through Razorpay payment gateway. The payment gateway controls transaction approval or denial, with their terms and conditions governing such actions. Accordingly, the Platform is not liable for any transaction denial by the third-party payment gateway.
The Platform will not be responsible to any user for any issues beyond its control, including but not limited to internet connection inconsistency, service outage, power outage, malware attack, viruses, computer malfunction, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable failures. By using our subscription services, you acknowledge and accept that the Platform is not liable for any losses incurred by a user in relation to their subscription, refund request, or accessing any AI coaching features.
User accounts with repeated or serial refund requests may be subject to increased scrutiny and may face restrictions on future subscription transactions until such pattern is satisfactorily addressed in the sole discretion of the Platform.
5. Nox Points and Virtual Credits
It is hereby expressly clarified that Nox Points are virtual motivational credits used within the Platform for engagement and progress tracking purposes only. These Points have no monetary value whatsoever and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, transferred to other users, or refunded under any circumstances.
Nox Points may be reset or removed as part of standard data management practices upon account deletion or extended periods of inactivity.
6. Account Closure and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account at any time by contacting support@nox.today. Upon account deletion, all user data, progress records, and Nox Points shall be permanently deleted from the Platform's systems.
No monetary refunds, compensation, or transfers shall apply upon voluntary account closure. Users acknowledge that account deletion is irreversible and results in permanent loss of all account data and virtual credits.
7. General Conditions
Users are responsible for regularly visiting the Platform and reviewing this Policy to remain informed of any updates or modifications to these terms.
This Policy shall remain subject to and be governed by the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and other Platform Policies in addition to the terms contained herein.
Users agree that their continued use of Platform services after any modifications to this Policy constitutes their acceptance of such modifications.
8. Policy Updates
This Policy is effective as of 17-September-2025. The Policy may be periodically reviewed and revised at the Company's sole discretion. Any revised terms shall be uploaded on the Platform and users shall be notified of material changes. Users are required to review this Policy regularly for any updates.
